How did Liu Chengjun tap into Changchun City’s TV station to broadcast banned Falun Gong Material?

Posted by admin on July 7th, 2010 and filed under tv station | 1 Comment »

What did the Falun Gong practitioners use to hack into the TV signal of Changchun City’s state-run television station? What was the process?
I’m not a hacker I’m writing a report about this incident that led to the imprisonment, torture and death of the Falun Gong practitioners who orchestrated the tapping

    Why? Are you a hacker?

Why is a newspaper can endorse a candidate or a proposition but TV station can not?

is this fair? both newspaper and tv station are public media, why different treatment/rules?

Newspapers are PRIVATE media (albeit now corporate).

Television and Radio stations broadcast on the Federal Airwaves… they used to operate under licensing rules from the FCC that required them to provide "equal time".

However, in 2000, The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, prior to the General Election, threw out Federal Communications Commission rules have required that a station that runs an editorial endorsing a candidate for elective office must also give other candidates in the race a fair chance to respond.

SO, in a way, a station CAN endorse by just not giving an opposing candidate "equal time".

    This is my legacy…

Which South Korea TV station is the best in producing the best drama?

Posted by admin on June 29th, 2010 and filed under tv station | 3 Comments »

    KBS
    SBS
    MBC
    or other TV station.

What is the best drama which have been produced for each TV stations mention above ?

The dramas I like most were usually produced by SBS, so I’d say SBS. I dunno about MBC but KBS and SBS are rivals in producing very good dramas. But each stattion as I’ve noticed has their own forte. Funny and light love stories are usually produced by KBS while heavy drama are produced by SBS.

I would like to know how to start my own tv station

Internet TV stations are great way to reach small select audiences that are uneconomic to reach with conventional broadcast media, and that can cover anything from niche
content to coportate tv stations for multinationals, or just to test out an idea before going ahead on cable or satellite.

If you have an idea for an internet TV station and have access to the footage, or want to create new content, then contact the company from the source link. They set up internet TV stations on a regular basis in many countries, both for themselves (eg Holiday TV) and for others. They can either take in just your tapes and act as a play out centre or you can do this yourself. If you own a satellite TV station they can rebroadcast your content on the internet for very little cost. All this can be done at speeds of up to 2000kps full screen.

How can get the audio signal from a tv station on a radio?

Posted by admin on June 19th, 2010 and filed under tv station | 3 Comments »

I wish I could listen to some shows over the radio, when I am not near a tv set. For example, if I don’t have a tv available let’s say I want to listen to the Dr. Phil show, or my local news broadcast. Can I pick up the audio signal from a tv station on a radio? Do I need a special radio?

There are some devices with TV tuners built in that will allow you to listen to the audio of any analog TV broadcast. Of course, the problem there is that analog broadcasting is nearing its end, so these devices won’t pick up TV audio once analog broadcasting ends.

You could look at picking up a Slingbox. If you have a Palm OS or Windows Mobile smartphone, you could use the Slingbox to send your TV audio to your smartphone for you to listen in while on the go. Best part there is that you’re not just limited to broadcast; you could listen to any channels you have at home.
